Returns & Refunds
GMHC will refund any products that don’t meet customer needs. If your order arrived damaged, we’ll take care of that, too! We’re going to do everything in our power to correct any issues.
When you contact us, be sure to include as much information as possible – name, order number, address, the product you’re having an issue with, and photos, if applicable.
For any orders that require assistance, we request that you contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. What we won’t do – we will not provide refunds or replacements after 30 days.
Things happen, so we will pay for shipping for replacements and will refund shipping when refunding orders.
