Returns & Refunds
GMHC does not offer refunds. We will exchange any clothing purchased in store within 14 days if accompanied by a receipt and all original tags. In the event an identical item is not available, the customer may choose the closest possible item, at their own discretion. Defective electronic items must be returned to the manufacturer.
No other items may be exchanged.
In the event of items that are damaged in shipment, we will do our best to make it right, but reserve the right to direct you to the shipping carrier for making a claim.
When you contact us, be sure to include as much information as possible – name, order number, address, the product you’re having an issue with, and photos, if applicable.
Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions regarding replacements or refunds. Ideally, reply to your order confirmation email so we have all of your information.
